ROS reports are dynamic. Update the test key and look at the report again. You don't have to submit a new test key to anyone.

Start with a 175 form and set the key for the first 10 items. Next week use the same bubble sheet and just set the key for the next 10 items.
Presto, one sheet for 17 weekly tests.

Do you want to use ROS to collect anonymous responses from your class (for a questionnaire)? Print the answer class sheets as usual, but then shuffle the sheets and give them to students randomly.

ROS has over 60 different styles of answer sheets. Some have large bubbles for lower grade or special-needs students.

Try giving a test twice, first as a multiple-choice test in ROS. Then provide a list of questions missed, and present the test open-book. Ask the student to write a justification for their second choice.

Give a True/False test on ROS answer sheets. Tell students to mark “A” for True and “B” for False.

Look for questions that many students skipped. Maybe they were too hard -- or maybe they just LOOKED too hard.

To save paper, use a projector for a short test.

Look at the last items on the test to make sure students finished. If they didn’t, you cannot make assumptions about the validity of the unreached questions.

You can give an oral test and have students respond on ROS printed answer sheets.

Why didn’t my students do better? If your best students didn’t do well, the material may need to be reviewed.

All ROS reports are available as Excel spreadsheets, and retain the colors and formatting of the online reports.

ROS allows a multiple-choice question to have more than one answer. You can add a newly-discovered correct answer, or give all responses credit, even after testing is complete.
