David E. W. Mott, Ph. D. — Owner and CEO
David holds degrees from Vanderbilt, American, and Virginia Commonwealth Universities. He worked in the Virginia Department of Education student testing division for nearly 20 years, where he was Test Development Supervisor and Virginia State Assessment Program Administrator. He jointly owns and manages Tests for Higher Standards (TfHS), where he oversees development and evaluation, test construction, validation, equating, and utilization, and is senior science content editor.

John Brainard — IT Director
John received his BS in Computer Science from JMU and is an accomplished application developer and webmaster. He previously worked as a software developer for online testing service. He has been working in IT for over 15 years, and has a background in Perl, C, and interface design.

Terri Creasy — Director of Business Development
Six years ago, Terri begain working in Product Development and Fullfillment for TfHS. When ROS development began, she transitioned into research, sales, and marketing. She received her AAS in Management and Computer Science from RCC and formerly worked as Customer Liaison and Solution Designer at a banking and securities firm.

Emmet "Trip" Clarke — Training Manager
Trip conducts on-site and telephone training sessions and produces ROS documentation. He also assists with marketing and sales via telephone "U-Drive" demonstrations, client presentations, and conference attendance. Previously, Trip provided customer service and technical writing for an online testing service, a regional bank, and several major manufacturers.

Joseph Costlow — Technical Support and Documentation
Joe handles technical support and customer service for ROS. As the newest member of the ROS team, he is excited about learning as much as possible about the system and finding an effective and dynamic way to share that knowledge with users.

Sharon Spacek — Controller
Sharon has been involved with TfHS and ROSWorks LLC since the beginning. She is in charge of fiscal matters for both companies, and coordinates the Science development for TfHS. She holds a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Jennifer Creasy — Sales Representative
Jennifer attends conferences, researches sales opportunities, and helps with product and client support. She was formerly sales representative for Duncan Automotive in Roanoke, VA and attended Radford University.

Allan Noah — Developer Emeritus
Allan was the primary creator of ROS software. He has ventured off to discover what else can be done with scanners on the web.
